ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

Weston brings a strong foundation in education and youth mentorship to MASH Academy. As a former middle school and high school teacher, he understands how to connect with young athletes at every stage of their development by meeting them where they are while helping them grow with confidence and purpose.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with concentrations in Social Studies and Physical Education, blending academic insight with hands-on experience in physical development. His background in the classroom gives him a unique ability to teach movement, discipline, and mindset in a way that is clear, structured, and engaging.

With a deep passion for the journey of long-term athletic development, he is committed to helping athletes build strong foundations from a young age. His coaching philosophy centers on overall athleticism, proper movement mechanics, injury prevention, and sustainable growth — all while keeping training fun and motivating. He believes that fostering a love for sport is just as important as developing strength, speed, and skill.

At MASH Academy, he is dedicated to guiding athletes toward reaching their full potential, not just in their specific sport, but as well-rounded, resilient competitors prepared for long-term success.
