Ben Stanizewski

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Ben Stanizewski grew up with a passion for sports, competing in baseball, football, and tennis. His journey into coaching began at home, training his younger brother, which quickly sparked a deeper interest in athletic performance and strength training. Ben pursued this passion at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a degree in Kinesiology. During his studies, he sought opportunities to learn from some of the best in the industry, including the renowned Todd Durkin. Working alongside Durkin, Ben gained invaluable experience training elite athletes from the UFC, NFL, and NHL, further shaping his coaching philosophy. Ben brings his expertise and dedication to helping athletes maximize their potential. His deep understanding of movement, strength, and conditioning allows him to develop personalized training programs that enhance performance and reduce injury risk. Whether working with young athletes or seasoned professionals, Ben is committed to pushing athletes to reach their peak.
