Andy Henkemeyer
BASEBALL DEVELOPMENT
Andy serves as the Lead Hitting Instructor at MASH Baseball, where he has coached since 2014. A Sauk Rapids-Rice graduate and former University of Minnesota standout, Andy was a two-time team MVP for the Gophers and an All-Star in the Northwoods League. He would sign with the St. Paul Saints after graduating from The “U.” Andy wasted no time getting into the coaching ranks, starting at the age of 23 at the Saint Paul Saints Academy. While still working at the Saints Academy, Andy began to run lessons within MASH and made an immediate impact on the development of our players. It was an easy transition based on his rapport with both our players and parents. MASH has become a nationally known brand under his watch as we continue to raise the standard within our walls daily. His teaching passion, style and expertise has made him one of the most sought-after hitting instructors in the state of Minnesota. Andy holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota and continues to shape MASH athletes with the same consistency and high standards that defined his playing career.
